Shipping & Delivery Policy for Jai Computers

At Jai Computers, we strive to offer our customers a seamless and timely shipping experience. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how we handle orders, shipping, and delivery processes for products purchased online or in-store.
1. Order Processing Time
- Standard Orders: All orders are processed within 7 to 15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- Delays: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will notify you via email or phone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery Time: Estimated delivery time will depend on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout. Typically, delivery occurs within 7 to 15 business days for standard shipping.
- Local Orders (within Osian): 2-3 business days.
- Domestic Orders (India): 10-21 business days.
3. Shipping Availability
Currently, we only offer shipping within India. We deliver to most pin codes, but in case of remote locations, additional time may be required.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can use the tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your order.
5. Delivery Issues
- Incomplete or Incorrect Address: Jai Computers is not responsible for delays or issues related to incomplete or incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your details before confirming the order.
- Missed Delivery: In case of missed deliveries, the courier service will attempt delivery again. If the delivery cannot be completed after multiple attempts, the product may be returned to us, and re-shipment charges may apply.
6. Damages & Issues During Shipping
Jai Computers takes great care in packaging your products to prevent damage during transit. However, in case of any damage or defect, please contact us immediately.
- Damaged in Transit: If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
- Lost in Transit: If your package is lost in transit, please notify us as soon as possible. We will work with the courier service to track and locate the package, and if necessary, we will issue a replacement or refund.
7. International Shipping
Currently, Jai Computers does not offer international shipping. We only deliver within India. International shipping options may be considered in the future.
