Confirmed Amount and Reference
Customer केवल वही amount pay करे जो quotation, invoice, order, repair job या installation advance के लिए Jai Computers ने confirm किया हो। Payment form में correct purpose और reference लिखना customer की responsibility है।
When a Payment Is Successful
Browser screenshot, bank debit SMS या UPI app message अकेले final confirmation नहीं हैं। Payment तभी successful माना जाएगा जब Jai Computers का server Cashfree Get Order API से order status PAID verify करे। Pending, active, failed, expired or user-dropped orders fulfilled नहीं किए जाएंगे।
Payment Security
Cashfree hosted checkout payment credentials process करता है। Jai Computers full card number, CVV, UPI PIN, OTP या banking password store नहीं करता और कभी इनकी मांग नहीं करेगा। Payment केवल https://jaicomputer.com से शुरू करें और browser address verify करें।
Failed, Pending and Duplicate Transactions
राशि debit होने पर तुरंत repeat payment न करें। Payment Status page refresh करें और bank reversal के लिए reasonable time दें। Duplicate or unresolved transaction के लिए order ID, date, amount और bank reference के साथ contact करें। Eligibility और timeline Refund & Cancellation Policy के अनुसार होगी।
Fraud Prevention and Verification
Customer protection के लिए suspicious, mismatched or unusually large payments पर additional identity/order verification मांगी जा सकती है। Unverified payment against an unknown purpose may be held from fulfilment until the payer and transaction are verified.
