Order Cancellation
- Stock product order dispatch, activation, configuration or special procurement शुरू होने से पहले cancellation request स्वीकार की जा सकती है.
- Special-order, customised, assembled, activated/licensed or customer-specific products supplier commitment के बाद cancellable नहीं हो सकते.
- Any non-recoverable supplier, logistics, payment or work already completed cost may be deducted after disclosure.
Product Return or Replacement
- Wrong item, transit damage or dead-on-arrival issue delivery/collection के 48 hours के भीतर photo/video और invoice के साथ report करें.
- Product, original packaging, serial label, accessories, manuals and invoice complete होने चाहिए.
- Opened consumables, ink/toner, software/licence keys, activated products, physically damaged items and products damaged by misuse, voltage, liquid or unauthorised repair generally returnable नहीं हैं.
- Manufacturer warranty products may be repaired/replaced through the applicable authorised warranty process rather than refunded.
Repair and Service Cancellation
- Work शुरू होने से पहले service cancellation possible है; completed diagnosis, visit or inspection charge refundable नहीं होगा.
- Approved repair, software work, data work, installation labour or used/ordered parts का completed portion refundable नहीं है.
- If Jai Computers cannot provide the paid service and no acceptable alternative is agreed, the unprovided eligible portion may be refunded.
CCTV / Installation Advance
Site visit, material procurement, cable cutting, equipment allocation or installation work शुरू होने से पहले cancellation request review की जाएगी। Already incurred material, transport, visit and labour cost deduct हो सकता है। Unused standard stock items condition के अनुसार review होंगे.
Duplicate, Failed or Excess Payment
अगर एक ही order के लिए duplicate debit हुआ, payment failed दिखा लेकिन amount debit हुआ, या confirmed invoice से excess amount pay हुआ, तो order ID और bank reference के साथ तुरंत contact करें। Final status Cashfree और bank records से verify किया जाएगा। Bank reversal cases पहले स्वतः reverse हो सकते हैं।
Refund Timeline
Approved refund Jai Computers द्वारा सामान्यतः 5–7 business days में initiate किया जाता है। उसके बाद bank/payment provider को amount reflect करने में additional 5–10 business days लग सकते हैं। Refund original payment method पर किया जाएगा, unless legally or operationally another documented method is required.
