Shipping and Delivery Policy

Delivery option, cost and timeline product availability तथा customer location के अनुसार order confirmation के समय बताए जाते हैं।

Service Area and Delivery Options

Jai Computers Osian और nearby areas में store pickup, local delivery या installation-site delivery offer कर सकता है। Other Rajasthan/India locations के लिए courier availability product category, value, size, insurance and serviceability पर depend करेगी।

Processing and Estimated Timeline

  • In-stock store pickup: confirmation के बाद usually same day or next working day.
  • Local delivery: generally 1–3 working days after payment and stock confirmation.
  • Courier delivery: generally 3–10 working days after dispatch, depending on destination and carrier.
  • CCTV/technical installation: mutually agreed appointment, site readiness and material availability के अनुसार.

These are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Holidays, weather, transport disruption, supplier delay or remote location delivery को प्रभावित कर सकते हैं।

Shipping Charges and Address

Delivery, courier, insurance, installation and handling charges quotation/invoice में बताए जाएंगे। Customer को complete address, PIN code और reachable mobile number देना होगा। Incorrect address or unavailable recipient के कारण re-delivery charge customer को देना पड़ सकता है।

Inspection and Damage Reporting

Package receive करते समय outer damage check करें और possible हो तो unboxing video बनाएं। Wrong item, missing accessory or transit damage 48 hours के भीतर invoice, photos/video और package label के साथ report करें।

Delivery Confirmation

Delivery customer, authorised recipient, signed acknowledgement, OTP/carrier confirmation or completed installation handover से confirmed मानी जा सकती है। Products requiring setup may have separate installation timelines.
